Tranquility, ideal to visit Kaeng Krachan

A quiet basis for day tours into Kaeng Krachan National Park, ideal for families with children. Nice pools, good service and perfect authentic food. Fix your private driver up front as this hotel is quite remote, but has everything on board for a couple of relaxed days. Popular with Thai over the weekends, which adds to the typical local vibe. Expect Thai hospitality!

The hotel is quite isolated, which we knew up front. So fix your private driver and a tour into the park up front. But they keep good care of you at this hotel.

Family stay on river

Pool, river, room size all good. Nice grounds. Staff on check in were very friendly.

Breakfast pretty poor. Fruit and coffee just ok, but meat products were lowest quality.

Very Good

It's perfect for staycation as the amenities and the facilities were quite sufficient. There were 2 swimming pools, there's a river, a cafe, a restaurant, and many more. You didn't have to go anywhere for whatever you need. The staff were kind and always checks on you. They also have English-speaking staff that you can call whenever you have any problems.

It's not a big thing, but it could be better that there was at least a way wherein a small part of the river could be swam at. The river was beautiful and it's a pity that we can't really have a better area to swim. It could be a big plus for the resort if a small area can be set up to be at least swimmable without a life guard on duty.

Beautiful resort - a couple of little easy things would make it better.

This is a beautiful place. Our room was stylish and lovely. There are wild hornbills and loads of butterflies. The gardens are wonderful and the river eating areas are beautiful. The pool at the bottom was fun with a nice view and an awesome waterslide.

The breakfast had lots of fake food (devon and frankfurters) - it would have been better with more fruit or maybe some moo-ping - they need to cook the tops of the eggs too. Man with the loud petrol engine leaf blower missed the moment at 8am - destroyed the peace and chased off the birds - maybe do this around 11AM when guests are changing over.

What was the highlight of Nana Resort Kaeng Krachan

good, but...

Nice resort, conveniently located just a few km from the Kaeng Krachan township. Our room was large, clean and with everything working. Staff at check-in plus the porter/ in-resort transport staff were all very helpful. Breakfast in the main restaurant was certainly adequate.

We went to the on-resort riverside Cafe for dinner which was a mistake. With the beautiful location beside one of the resort pools and the lovely river, it looked ideal. But it seems that all the food must come from the main restaurant kitchen elsewhere in the resort. Even getting drinks as simple as soda water took over 20 minutes and required us to physically walk to the bar of the Cafe to follow up - twice! The food when it did finally arrive was tasty enough though not piping hot. A very disappointing dining experience.

Very pretty, lovely gardens. The restaurant makes lovely food for dinner.

No water pressure in the shower. Water was not hot enough. The windows in the Premier rooms need to be cleaned inside and out. Wifi did not always work. Eggs were always cold at breakfast.

The staff is frendly and always welcome to help, location is very unique. Breakfast is good and the restaurant serve good food. Rooms are big and confortables.

The bathroom need a bit of renovation (shower in primis) and there is a lack of hooks hang clothes.

Not many guests as low season (November) so peaceful. Convenient for Kaeng Krachan national park (I'm a birdwatcher). Lovely location by river, nice gardens and pools. Food great but mostly Thai/Chinese. Few Europeans so a genuine cultural experience. Much cheaper than hotels at coast.

Not much English spoken but fine if you make a little effort. Busy at weekends with Thai youth from Bangkok, can get a little hectic. Laundry service listed but no longer available.

Room was excellent, roomy and clean.

No wifi in the room for the good half of our stay, and then only for one device. We went on a trip to the national park, arranged and offered by the hotel. This trip was actually nothing more than a ride to the camping site at the lake and back... Within one and a half hour we were back at the hotel. Very disappointing.

What was the highlight of Nana Resort Kaeng Krachan

Beautiful setting and grounds with many water features, mainly very quiet. Excellent for bird watchers as my husband spotted well over 100 species. Super friendly and helpful staff. Good food at reasonable prices and great facilities, including swimming pools, fitness room, spa, coffee shop etc.

Noisier at week ends, sometimes with parties with loud music. However these were usually over by 10pm so no disturbed sleep.

The resort looks beautiful, with plants, swimming pools and location.

Restaurant and personnel. Lots on the menu not available, not served, or delivered wrongly. No WiFi Uninterested personnel in the restaurant, closed 45 min early Jammed toilet

Staff is really nice, helpful and friendly. They changed our room for a much better one when I complained about the noisy neighbors. They helped with organizing activities. Facilities are great and location is perfect, along a nice river for rafting

They upgraded us to a jacuzzi suite instead since the original room was near the flooded pool. Breakfast was nice even with limited selections.

We went during the overflow of the dam so the pool next to the river got flooded and we couldnt go in.

Atmosphere in resort is good. There’s a lot of tree and pond make us feel relax.

There’re a lot of seminar group and making noisy espescially at night. The music from seminar rooms’re so loud and we can hear inside our room.

Large room with plenty of sockets especially liked having a dressing table with sockets for grooming. The staff were very helpful and even helped us to get a driver to go to the top of the mountain in the National Park. It was great to have a coffee shop on site. The food in the restaurant was very good and it was great to be able to get a breakfast box from 5 am for a picnic up the mountain.

The room was very open for people looking in so we had to close some of the curtains for privacy but this made the room very dark and the lighting was very bad. Stronger lighting would have made it much better
